WOW – 26 NOVEMBER 2025: HOW TO BE A VICTOR
Senior Pastor Daniel O. C. | Nov 26, 2025
Calvary greetings to you in the blessed name of Jesus Christ our Saviour, Amen!
HOW TO BE A VICTOR
Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.
Fate leads the willing but it drives the stubborn. Think before you speak and consider before you act.
How can one be a victor and achiever?
This can be possible only by acknowledging that the Almighty God is on your side (Prov 3:5-6).
If the Lord be with us who can be against us, absolutely nobody. We must not be victims of circumstances or situation because we can be victors in Christ Jesus. (1 Corinthians 15:57-58 / 2 Corinthians 2:14)
VOCABULARIES OF VICTORS IN CHRIST
We must learn how the victors in Christ talk. “Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it” (Numbers 13:30).
Victors in Christ talk positively because they see and receive victory through the spirit of faith (Heb 11:1-40).
If you would be a victor, now hear and learn what constitutes the vocabulary of a victor.
Victors in Christ Jesus are those who confess the following:
- I am able to do all things (Philippians 4:13)
- I believe therefore I am established (Isaiah 7:9 / 2 Chronicles 20:20)
- I will conquer because I am more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37)
- I am delivered (2 Corinthians 1:10)
- I erase and forget the past (Isaiah 43:18)
- I am fruitful in all things (John 15:16)
- I am growing in the Lord (John 15:4-5)
- I am healed (Isaiah 53:5 / 1 Peter 2:24)
- I will inherit the kingdom (Matthew 5:10)
- I am justified and I am no more guilty (Romans 8:1)
- I have the key that unlocks heaven’s doors (Matthew 18:18)
- I will live and not die (Psalms 118:17)
- I am a miracle person and signs and wonders follow after me (Isaiah 8:18)
- I have a new name – that is a victor not a defeat.
- I am an overcomer (Revelations 3:12)
- I will possess my possession (Obadiah 1:17)
- I will be qualified; I will not be a dropout (Judges 6:12-15)
- I will be ready for the rapture of the saints (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
- I am spirit-filled and I am successful in all my endeavours.
- I will be teachable.
- I will be upright and unselfish.
- I am victorious in all situations.
- I will walk in wisdom (Proverbs 4:7-10)
- I always expect good things to happen to me every day.
- I yield everything over to God.
- I will be zealous in Christ Jesus.
- I am happy, glad and rejoicing in the God of my salvation.
This is the description of a victor and you too can be a victor because God is on your side (Romans 8:31).
No one can stand on your way of blessing.
We must visualize it, confess it and ultimately possess it.
We must possess our blessings because it is our portion.
We must possess our blessings because it is our blood-bought right.
We must be like the importunate woman in Luke 18:2-8.
To be continued.
Remain blessed and rapturable,
Yours to reach this generation with the Gospel,
Dr. Daniel O. C.
