“WELCOME TO THE MONTH OF OCTOBER – DIVINE RESPONSIBILITY!”

Welcome to the month of ‘OCTOBER’ which is the TENTH month of the year. Figure Ten signifies DIVINE RESPONSIBILITY. May we execute our divine responsibility of spreading the gospel to all people with diligence for God’s glory in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

Beloved Saint of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“The Lord bless you and keep you;
The Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you;
The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace” (Numbers 6:24-26).

The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you.
The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious, kind, merciful and giving favour to you.
The Lord lift up His approving countenance upon you and give you peace, tranquillity of heart and life continually.

Adonai Elohim, help me stay away from evil in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
Create in me a clean heart, the one free from sin and make me whole for Your glory.

EL Shaddai, I come against the plans of the enemy to humiliate me in Jesus’ mighty name!

I come against the plan of the enemy to destroy my life in Jesus’ mighty name!
I rebuke every form of Satanic conspiracy against my life in Jesus’ mighty name!

EL Chay, help me to be watchful and prayerful at all times in Jesus’ mighty name!

EL Olam, lead me not into temptation but deliver me from all evil now and forever in Jesus’ mighty name!

PRAYER SNAGS
When we talk about prayer snags, we are referring to those impediments, obstructions, barriers, hindrances, difficulties or stumbling blocks.

These following factors hinder prayer:

Unbelief (James 1:5-6 / Isaiah 7:9)
Unforgiveness (Mark 11:25-26)
Refusing to tithe to God (Malachi 3:8-12)
Unconfessed known sin (Psalms 66:18)

Wrong or carnal motives (James 4:3)
Satanic or demoniac activities (Daniel 10:10-13)
Pride and arrogance (Luke 18:10-14)

Praying outside God’s will and purpose.
Using prayer as an escape route.

Let our prayer have fewer and less tail feathers of pride, but more wings to soar upwards to the throne of God in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
