“YOU ARE AN AMBASSADOR OF CHRIST, REDEEMED OF THE LORD!”

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“Therefore, we are ambassadors of the Messiah; in effect, God is making his appeal through us. What we do is appeal on behalf of the Messiah, ‘Be reconciled to God!’” (2Corinthians. 5:20)

We are ambassadors of Messiah, the Anointed One who carry the message of Christ to the world, as though God were tenderly pleading with them directly through our lips. So we tenderly plead with you on Christ’s behalf, “Turn back to God and be reconciled to him.”

A redeemed person who has received the mercy and grace of God will spiritually demonstrate the same qualities in four ways:

Firstly, Pity those in sin and without God. While others see their wealth, glamour, ostentatious living, influence and beauty, the redeemed believer sees the ugliness of sin, the depravity of man, the decadence in morals, the judgement of God and the eternal damnation in hell fire. All these should arouse nothing less than our pity as believers.
Secondly, prod unbelievers towards leaning on Jesus Christ. You need not sound preachy but show love and compassion to the dying soul. Win them over through godly care and concern through exemplary life of commitment and devotion to our Lord Jesus Christ’s service. ( Mark 16:15-18)
Thirdly, pray earnestly for the conversion of unbelievers. Pray with them when they are in affliction or distress. Let us bear the infirmities of one another (2 Corinthians 11:29 / Romans 15:1).
Fourthly, plead with unbelievers to forsake sin, all unrighteousness and turn away from them. Whatever evil intentions they had in mind before, should be forgotten. “Come to Jesus now and He will receive you” must be our constant word (Daniel 12:3).

Let us develop a stronger relationship with the Christian neighbours to build a good rapport and report of lasting testimony.
Let us lead our unbeliever neighbour to believe in Jesus and receive Him as personal Lord and Saviour.
Let all callousness be done away with so that things will turn around for all, for God’s glory in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
Let us be strong, watchful and stand fast in faith in Jesus” mighty name, Amen!

Everybody shout a loud, “AMEN HALLELUJAH!”
