The Word
PENSIVE NARRATIVES
Senior Pastor Daniel O. C. | Dec 05, 2025
Beloved Saint of God Most High,
Calvary greetings to you and yours in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen!
May the Lord God Almighty bless you with a wonderful and glorious Christ-centred weekend ahead in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain” (Galatians 2:20-21).
I have been crucified with Christ; in Him I have shared His crucifixion.
It is no longer I who live, but Christ the Messiah lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me
Therefore, I do not treat God’s gracious gift as something of minor importance and defeat its very purpose.
I do not set aside and invalidate and frustrate and nullify the grace, unmerited favour of God.
For if justification, righteousness and acquittal from guilt comes through observing the ritual of the Law, then Christ the Messiah died groundlessly and to no purpose and in vain.
His death was then wholly superfluous
PENSIVE NARRATIVES
The best way to be perfect is in Christ. His wisdom is not earthly, but it is filled with living waters.
Money is not everything, but not having money will cost you peace, options and time.
Take your financial life seriously because freedom belongs to the disciplined.
You are not behind but just being rerouted for easy roads never make a skillful driver.
First, you develop your discipline. Then your discipline develops you. All effort compounds.
There are three currencies: Time, money and knowledge. Which one do you need? Use the other two to get it.
Value the hard work and discipline of getting there more than what happens when you arrive.
A good man is not looking for perfection. He is looking for peace.
You do not owe anyone an explanation for your vision. It is not their job to understand it but it’s your job to build it.
Brick by brick. Day by day. A win is a win.
Do not feel low when someone doubts your caliber. Just be proud of yourself because people always doubt the ‘Gold’ for its purity, not the ‘Iron’.
Each time you focus on what could go wrong, what could go right becomes blurry.
Direct your mind like you would a camera and let Jesus be your main focus.
It takes a lot of faith and courage to let hope be louder than fear. Keep going in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
Two things define you:
Your patience when you have nothing and your attitude when you have everything.
Some people will never grow because they cannot hear without getting offended.
What you focus on is also focusing on you.
What you invest in is also investing in you.
What you are building is also building you.
Stay intentionally focused on Christ Jesus!
Hard truths are just for the brave. The rest of us are too busy being profoundly delusional.
Gratitude is the pause that recognizes how miraculous God has come through for you. This is the quiet celebration of your life.
You were given this mountain to show others that it can be moved in Jesus’ name!
Somebody shout a resounding, “AMEN & AMEN!”
Remain blessed and rapturable,
Yours to reach this generation with the Gospel,
Dr. Daniel O. C.
