“LET YOUR WORDS EDIFIY THE HEARERS & BRING GLORY TO THE LORD”

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“Moreover, I tell you this: on the Day of Judgment people will have to give account for every careless word they have spoken; for by your own words you will be acquitted, and by your own words you will be condemned.” (Matthew 12:36-37)

Adonai Yeshua declared this: You can be sure of this: when the day of judgment comes, everyone will be held accountable for every careless word he has spoken. Your very words will be used as evidence, and your words will declare you either innocent or guilty.

Are you one who always likes to flatter someone to gain acceptance or paint that which is black as white, so that the person hearing it will be influenced by your talk?
Or are you one who “speaks words of no use or worth or truth: with flattering lips and double heart deceitfully?” (Psalm 12:2).

Or if you are someone who is always looking for compliments and have “ears that are dying to hear flattering words about yourself,” and keep “meditating and are carried away into the clouds” by them, here is the Word of God that you need to heed to:

(Psalm 12:3-4).” Adonai Yahweh will destroy every proud liar who says, “We lie all we want. Our words are our weapons, and we won’t be held accountable. Who can stop us?” May Yahweh cut off their twisted tongues and seal their lying lips. May they all be silenced, those who boast and brag with their high-minded talk.

“Herod arrayed himself in his royal robes, took his seat upon his throne, and addressed an oration to them. And the assembled people shouted, “It is the voice of a god, and not of a man!”

Immediately an angel of the Lord smote him and cut him down, because he did not give God the glory, the pre-eminence and kingly majesty that belong to Him as the supreme Ruler; and he was eaten by worms and died” (Acts 12:21-23).

Remember, life and death are in the power of the tongue.
