“REPENT FROM ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS AND PURSUE GOD’S WAYS!”

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“On hearing this, they were stung in their hearts; and they said to Kefa (Peter) and the other emissaries, ‘Brothers, what should we do?’ Kefa answered them, ‘Turn from sin, return to God, and each of you be immersed on the authority of Yeshua the Messiah into forgiveness of your sins…’” (Acts 2:37-39)

When they heard this, they were crushed and realized what they had done to Jesus. Deeply moved, they said to Peter and the other apostles, “What do we need to do, brothers?”

Peter replied, “Repent and return to God and each one of you must be baptized in the name of Jesus, the Anointed One, to have your sins removed. Then, you may take hold of the gift of the Holy Spirit.”

“For God’s promise of the Holy Spirit is for you and your families, for those yet to be born and for everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.”

We must humble ourselves and repent from all our arrogance and pride. We must repent from self-management, self-sufficiency, and self-righteousness and turn to repentance, refreshing, and restoration.

We must obey God rather than man. (Acts 4:19 / 5:29)

Adonai Yahweh declared, if My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.

Let us forsake our wrong intentions, goals, ungodly motives, unnecessary ecclesiastical ambitions and pursue righteousness in Christ Jesus.

Let us forsake our evil schemes and wicked methods of doing things and pursue God’s way and means in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
