“AVAIL YOURSELF TO INTERCEDE FOR THE SALVATION OF MANKIND!”
Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:
“Adonai’s arm is not too short to save, nor is his ear too dull to hear. Rather, it is your own crimes that separate you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you so that he doesn’t hear.” (Isaiah 59:1-2)
Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened at all, that it cannot save, nor His ear dull with deafness, that it cannot hear. But our iniquities have made a separation between us and our God, and our sins have hidden His face from us, so that He will not hear.
Isaiah 59:3-16
Our hands are filled with innocent blood and our fingers with iniquity. Our lips have spoken lies and our tongue muttered perversity.
No one calls for justice nor does anyone plead for truth. We are now trusting in empty words and spoken lies. We only conceive evil and bring forth iniquity.
We now plan for the downfall of others and the defeat for the innocent. Our feet easily run to evil and we make haste to shed innocent blood. Our thoughts are thoughts of iniquity wasting precious time in sin.
The way of peace we have not known and there is no justice in our ways. We have given ourselves to crooked paths and none knows peace.
Verses 9-16
Therefore, justice is far from us and justice is nowhere to be found around us. We look for light, but there is darkness. Brightness but we walk in darkness.
We are groping for the wall like the blind because we cannot see spiritually. We are stumbling at noonday, as at twilight, we are as dead men in desolate places.
We all growl like bears and moan sadly like doves. Looking for justice but there is none. We look for salvation but it is far from us.
Our transgressions are multiplied before the Lord, and our sins testify against us and we know them. We have departed from our God and follow falsehood.
Truth has fallen in the street and equity cannot enter. Therefore, it displeased the Lord that there is no intercessor.
LET’S HEED THE CALL OF INTERCESSION NOW FOR GOD’S GLORY IN JESUS’ MIGHTY NAME, AMEN!
Everybody shout, “HALLELUJAH AMEN!”
Shalom and good morning.
