JESUS CHRIST, THE ULTIMATE PRICELESS COST OF OUR SALVATION!

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

For God so loved the world that he gave his only and unique Son, so that everyone who trusts in Him may have eternal life, instead of being utterly destroyed. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world……….” (John 3:16-17)

For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He even gave up His only begotten unique Son, so that whoever believes in, trusts in, clings to, relies on Him shall not perish but have eternal and everlasting life.

For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge, reject, condemn or to pass sentence on the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him, Adonai Yeshua.

THE COST OF OUR SALVATION
Man sinned against his Maker, Adonai ELOHIM, therefore stood hopeless and helpless before an angry God. Man was supposed to represent God in the newly created earth, but he disappointed the Almighty God by selling himself to Satan.

Man could not save himself, but thank God for His mercy. He made provision for our salvation by sending His only begotten Son to the world for our redemption. Glory to God, hallelujah!

Your salvation, my salvation and the salvation of the whole world cost God the Father His only begotten Son, Jesus. It cost the triune God the second person in the Holy Trinity.

Jesus came to the world for our salvation. Our salvation cost Him His honour.
It cost Him His dignity, yes, it cost Him His glory and of course His precious life.

He was made a curse for us, and all the punishment meant for sinners were put on Him. He was beaten and battered. He stood before Pilate. The created being judging the Creator.

Pilate was ignorant of the fact that he himself would stand before Jesus someday the Judge of the world. At last, Jesus was crucified on the cross together with criminals, robbers, and thieves. What a disgrace just for you and me.

On the third day, Jesus rose with power and glory. Then He commissioned the disciples to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. They all went out in express obedience at their Master’s instruction.

The disciples were imprisoned, beaten, banished, and beheaded. They suffered untold hardship in the course of winning souls. They preached the gospel to the ends of the earth and more so preserved the fruits of their labour.

If our salvation costs the Almighty God so much and also costs the patriarchs of old so much, we must give all it requires to get souls into the kingdom. That is not enough still; the converts must also be established.

SALVATION IS FREE BUT NOT CHEAP!

Somebody shout, “PRAISE THE LORD!

Shalom and good morning.
