LET YOUR MIND BE RENEWED IN CHRIST JESUS

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

His hatred may be concealed by deceit, but his wickedness will be revealed in the assembly. Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, and a stone will come back on the one who starts it rolling…….” (Proverbs 26:26-28).

Don’t worry, he can’t keep the mask on for long. One day his hypocrisy will be exposed before all the world. Go ahead, set a trap for others and then watch as it snaps back on you!

Start a landslide and you’ll be the one who gets crushed. Hatred is the root of slander and insecurity the root of flattery.

LET YOUR MIND BE RENEWED IN CHRIST JESUS

Beloved, would you dare in your heart to presume yourself to be something to bring the downfall of a son or a daughter of God by your wicked plans?

Would you rather not suffer an offense done to you, than let your mind dwell on it and be a workshop for the devil to cook up evil schemes, that would result in your own downfall?

Do not wait for an opportunity to “whack” or “hammer” the person who has offended you. Neither use your position, the support you gather or befriended authority to destroy the individual.

Bring the offense to the presence of the Lord along with all your hurt feelings. Let the Lord heal you as you release forgiveness to the individual. Do not give place to the devil but let your mind dwell on the word of God and think good things.

It is not easy but with the power of the Holy Spirit let your mind be renewed to think on the Lord. Fix your mind on godly and good things as Philippians 4:8 says. Let your mind be transformed from an open field which breeds wild weeds, to a fresh-watered garden.

There let the fragrance from the fresh flowers of sweet thoughts, praise and worship to God, Adonai Yahweh, please the heart of your Father. There let the weeds of unrighteousness and wickedness be pulled out right at its roots through sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.

As you “lead every thought and purpose away, captive into the obedience of Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:5), – before His eyes, let each thought be weighed and scrutinized, lest it snowball and become a “monster of evil” to consume you.

Let this be your prayer today: “Search me thoroughly, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there is any wicked or hurtful way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting” (Psalm 139:23-24).

The Lord Jesus Christ, Adonai Yeshua is your advocate, therefore fret not!

Shalom and good morning.
