Dear brethren,

Whenever brethren dwell together in unity, anointing is released. “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; for there the Lord commanded the blessing – Life forevermore” (Psalm 13:1-3). Anointing brings about total consecration to the body, soul and spirit. You will see that your body is under the subjection of the spirit. Your soul is emotionally controlled. Your spirit is sensitive to understand what God is saying.

Unity brings about the refreshing of the spirit, soul and body under the influence of the Almighty God. Where there is unity, encouragement and exhortation will be prevalent. Unity also brings love and sharing with one another. Do not bring about disunity by sowing discord. Disunity hinders breakthrough. The church was together in one accord and purpose of faith in Acts 1:14, “These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.”

Unity brings blessings and life. There must be oneness for blessings to be released. This is seen in Acts 2:1-2, “When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Unity brings corporate anointing.
