“LET YOUR WORDS EDIFY & IMPART GRACE TO THE HEARERS”

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“Let no harmful language come from your mouth, only good words that are helpful in meeting the need, words that will benefit those who hear them. Don’t cause grief to God’s Ruach HaKodesh, for he has stamped you as his property until the day of final redemption…” (Ephesians 4:29-32)

Never let ugly or hateful words come from your mouth, but instead let your words become beautiful gifts that encourage others; do this by speaking words of grace to help them.

The Holy Spirit of God has sealed you in Jesus Christ until you experience your full salvation. So never grieve the Spirit of God or take for granted His holy influence in your life.

Lay aside bitter words, temper tantrums, revenge, profanity, and insults. Instead, be kind and affectionate toward one another.

Has God graciously forgiven you? Then graciously forgive one another in the depths of Christ’s love.

The Bible gives direction on every area of life. Specific guides in these following areas of life will make us a good example to our spouse, children, brethren, neighbours and colleagues.

THE USAGE OF OUR WORDS
The way we speak goes a long way to show who we are.

We must always remember that we are:

  • The heirs of the kingdom
  • Joint heir with Christ Jesus
  • The righteous of God
  • The new generation and a royal priesthood
  • Ambassadors of Christ
  • Children of God
  • The saints of God
  • The redeemed
  • Members of the household of God

A believer must be able to control his / her tongue. We must not be talebearers or a false witness.

Our speech must be seasoned with grace and love.
The well of our tongue must be springs of life to people around us (Proverbs 17:27 / Colossians 4:6)

Our Dressing:
A godly person should be decent and moderate in his / her dressing.

Your attire should not conform to worldly standards that tend towards flamboyance and arrogance.
We must wear dresses that cover our nakedness; that is the reason of dressing up.

We must not dress to expose our nakedness or to seduce or to cause others to fall into lust.
Neat, smart and comfortable wears are ideal for a Christian man and woman.

LET’S REPRESENT JESUS IN ALL THINGS!

Sabbath shalom and good morning.
