A CALL FOR VISION AND COMPASSION AMONG CHRISTIAN BELIEVERS

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were harried and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his talmidim, “The harvest is rich, but the workers are few…” (Matthew 9:36-38)

When Adonai Yeshua saw the throngs, He was moved with pity and sympathy for them because they were bewildered, harassed, distressed, dejected and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the labourers are few.” So pray to the Lord of the harvest to force out and thrust labourers into His harvest.

A CALL FOR VISION AND COMPASSION AMONG CHRISTIAN BELIEVERS
(Acts 26:12-13 / 20:18-24 / Isa 6:1-8 / Prov 29:18)

The need for vision in soul winning and compassion for sinners cannot be over stated and estimated in the life of a believer. A lack of vision and compassion will bring eternal disaster and grief as a lot of people will perish.

As believers, divine vision and compassion will enable us to achieve the following in our lives:

We will be inspired, motivated, stimulated and stirred up for fruitful service.

We will be guided and directed in the path of righteousness of service to our God.

Divine vision and compassion will enable us to have goals of eternal consequences and help us to live a meaningful life.

Divine vision and compassion will enable us to pursue only those things that are of eternal value.

Divine vision and compassion brightens our way of life in every situation or condition.

Divine vision and compassion will enable us to see the invisible, believe the incredible, attempt the impossible and thus achieve the unimaginable.

As Christian believers today, we see the teeming population of pleasure loving people, violence, cheating, corruption, wayward children, idolatry, occultism, prostitution, perversion, lesbianism, homosexuality and surely our hearts must be burdened.

We ought to cry and supplicate for unbelievers and travail in prayer and with fasting for these lost souls. This is our ultimate duty for their salvation.

A SOUL WITH CHRIST IS A MISSIONARY BUT A SOUL WITHOUT CHRIST IS A MISSION FIELD. DO YOUR PART TO WIN A SOUL!

Shalom and good morning.
