SUCCESS IS ASSURED WHEN YOU MEDITATE ON GOD’S WORD & PRACTICE IT CONSTANTLY!

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

Yes, keep this book of the Torah on your lips, and meditate on it day and night so that you will take care to act according to everything written in it. Then your undertakings will prosper, and you will succeed. Haven’t I ordered you, Be strong, be bold…?” (Joshua 1:8-9)

This book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.

Adonai Yahweh has commanded you, Be strong, vigorous, and very courageous. Be not afraid, neither be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

EPISODE SURROUNDING KING DAVID’S ACHIEVEMENTS AND SUCCESS

  • His encounter with wild animals (1 Sam 17:34-37). He had success because he knew he was chosen for success.
  • He faced Goliath and had success (1 Sam 17:45-51). God’s promise to us to run over our troop (2 Sam 22:30).
  • David faced the uphill of Saul’s envy and jealousy (1 Sam 18:6-16). But David behaved wisely (4 times vss 5, 14, 15, 30).
  • Saul set a vicious trap for David by requiring 100 foreskins of the Philistines as dowry for marrying his older daughter (1 Sam 18:17-27). Yet David achieved success.
  • David came to the cave of the Adullam where social parasites, useless men, discouraged and debtors (400) gathered to him. He achieved success by transforming them (1 Sam 22:1-2).
  • David had every opportunity to kill Saul, but he did not because he knew he was chosen for success (1 Sam 24:19-20). (David said: – vs 13-15)
  • David spares Saul’s life the second time (1 Sam 26:11-14).
  • David temporarily lost his family and the families of his men, including all their possessions, to the Amalekites, yet he strengthened himself in the Lord his God (1 Sam 30:4 & 6). Temporary setback is not a defeat, but it all depends on your attitude.
  • David would have been discouraged or frightened because of the lions, bears, Goliath, or the temporary setback by the Amalekites, but he had a right attitude knowing that he was chosen for success.

YOU ARE CHOSEN FOR SUCCESS IN JESUS’ MIGHTY NAME, AMEN!

Somebody shout a resounding “AMEN & AMEN!
Shalom and good morning.
