“BELIEVERS’ DIVINE MISSION: PLUNDER HELL & POPULATE HEAVEN”

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“Yeshua came and talked with them. He said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make people from all nations into talmidim, immersing them into the reality of the Father, the Son, and the Ruach HaKodesh…….’” (Matthew 28:18-20)

Jesus approached and, breaking the silence, said to them, All authority and all power of rule in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion, to the very close and consummation of the age. Amen, and so let it be!

PLUNDER HELL AND POPULATE HEAVEN

True evangelism brings people to Christ and also into the body of Christ. Unless the members of the body are trained and mobilized to evangelize, the growth of the church will be limited.

Heaven is populated when the saints of God plunder hell. Growth occurs when Christ is obeyed as the Chief Shepherd, when the pastors preach the word faithfully and the sheep follow the shepherd whole-heartedly.

There is a great battle set in array between the forces of the Lord and the forces of Satan. At stake are the souls of men claimed by Satan because man has become enslaved to him through sin.
God gave His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ as the propitiation for our sins on the cross of Calvary.

It is the desire of our Lord Jesus Christ to enlist as many as are redeemed by His atoning blood into His army. Jesus said to all disciples, “And He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature’” (Mark 16:15).

To His own, He also said, “So Jesus said to them again, ‘Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you’” (John 20:21).

The mission of the Lord Jesus Christ is the mission of all true sincere disciples.

It is also concisely and succinctly stated by our Lord Jesus Christ to Paul the apostle in Acts 26:18, that his mission is “to open the eyes in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.”

Our mission is to win souls and establish them in the kingdom of God. This is the mission of all true torchbearers of the Lord.

Obey the divine commission and produce spiritual fruits in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
