Will you dare to obey God? Many do not obey the Lord fearing what people might say. Some do not obey because of their social status. They fail to realise that their salvation is not based on anyone but it is individualistic. God is calling all His people to rethink their ways of walking with Him. Many are being deceived. Their lives are being monitored, controlled and manipulated by others. This has led many to become weak in their faith. Many are not succeeding in their ministry because they are listening to man and disobeying God. Your ministry is over when you cease hearing from God.

Obedience to God brings in abundant blessings. Beloved, obey the Lord our God and He will cause you to prosper. The word obedience is defined as “the act of doing what one is told.” According to the bible, the Almighty God demands that His revelation be taken as a rule for man’s whole life. Sometimes, what God is saying to you might not be in agreement with man’s idea. Men and women will always speak according to their own whims and fancies and limited understanding. God’s instruction to you is always for your good future as well as to help you fulfil your destiny. Obedience to God Almighty is a concept broad enough to include the whole biblical principles and morality.

The Holy Bible is insistent that isolated external acts of homage to God cannot make up for a lack of consistent daily obedience in our hearts and conduct. Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ’s unfailing obedience won righteousness and life for us all who believe in Him.
