Calvary greetings to you in the blessed name of Jesus Christ our Saviour, Amen!

TIME AND HAPPINESS (CONT’D)

Every Christian couple who are involved in many activities need to live planned, well ordered, purposeful and victorious lives.
To fulfil our God-given responsibilities in our homes, ministries and also to meet the demands of secular employment, there is a great need to manage our time properly.

Unfortunately, many couples are faced with indecision over work, frustrations and guilt for their inability and failure to manage their time (Joel 3:14).
Some couples lack a sense of planning, co-ordination, and decency. Yet God wants everything done decently and in order (1 Corinthians 14:40).
Time is an invaluable asset given to us by God. Every minute of it is a segment of our life here on earth. Therefore, it must be spent wisely.

The reality of various activities at home, office, church, and society calling for our attention necessitates the need for proper time management.
It is said, “God who is liberal in all His other gifts, shows us by the wise economy of providence how we ought to be in the management of our time.”

WHAT IS TIME MANAGEMENT?

It is the ability to use time in such a way that you accomplish what you are supposed to do.
It is also being able to reach your highest potential by managing yourself.
It is being a good steward of your time, talent and treasure.
Manage your time wisely and be a wise family from now on.

QUOTES

“One life, a little gleam of time between two eternities.” (Thomas Carlyle)
“Lost time is never found again.” (John H. Aughey)
“Lose an hour in the morning and you will spend all day looking for it.” (Richard Whately)

“Life is like a cash register, in that every account, every thought, every deed, like every sale is registered and recorded.” (Fulton J. Sheen)
“Short as life is, we make it still shorter by the careless waste of time.” (Victor Hugo)
“Listen for one moment to the ticking of that clock. It is the beating on the pulse of eternity.” (Charles H. Spurgeon)

“The best use of life is to spend it for something that outlasts life.” (William James)
You will never find time for anything. If you want time, you must make it.

Remain blessed and rapturable,

Yours to reach this generation with the Gospel,

Dr. Daniel O. C.
