Calvary greetings to you in the blessed name of Jesus Christ our Saviour, Amen!

OBEYING GOD AT ALL COST (CONT’D)

THE REALITY OF HEAVEN
Many Christians think less and talk less of heaven because the modern day preachers do not say anything about it. Why? Because they do not see any miracle, deliverance or any prosperity about heaven. Still, heaven as promised by God is the consummation of all miracles, the ultimate of all deliverances and the beginning of prosperity in a new world without end.

JOHN 14:1-3
Those who intend to go to heaven must prepare themselves here on earth.
The writer of the epistle to the Hebrews declares the composition of heaven (Hebrews 12:22-24).
In the Revelation that Apostle John saw, it was warned that some category of people would not make it to heaven.
Who are these disqualified people? (Revelation 21:8 / 21:27 / 22:15)

Heaven transcends this present earth. This present earth and heavens will cease to be.
The new earth has no seas. The city is called the New Jerusalem where both the saints and Almighty God will dwell together.
It is a place of no sorrow, no crying, no pain or death. God will wipe away every tear. Everything is made new.

The New Jerusalem will have the glory of God.
It has 12 gates with great high walls; all set on 12 foundations of various precious stones.
The streets are made of purest gold.
There is no temple there for God and His holy Son are the temple.
The glory of God illuminates the city and the Lamb of God is the Light.
People from different nations, tribes and tongues shall be there.
The gates shall not be shut and there is no night in heaven.
Only true believers who endured till the end will be there.

The only option beside heaven is hell. Just as heaven is real, so is hell.
Hell is a place of darkness and sorrow. There will be much crying and regret.
All those who disown and denounce God will be in hell.

But all said, where will you spend your eternity? This should be your greatest concern while you live on earth.
Every day you should be pondering on this especially if you are not assured of heaven.
“If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.
Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.
For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory” (Colossians 3:1-4).
“And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure” (1 John 3:3).

Remain blessed and rapturable,

Yours to reach this generation with the Gospel,

Dr. Daniel O. C.
