4. A SPIRITUAL GIANT’S LIFESTYLE
(Luke 18:1 / Joshua 1:8 / James 3:5-8 / Colossians 3:1-4)

To remain and grow as a spiritual giant, the following must mark our lifestyle:

Spend quality time in prayer. (Luke 18:1)
Study the Word of God diligently every day. (Josh 1:8)
Examine yourself regularly through the Word of God. (2 Corinthians 13:5)
Confess Jesus publicly to others (Matthew 28:19-20)

Give liberally to God as He prospers you. (Luke 6:38 / 1 Corinthians 16:2)
Do something definite in the house of God. (John 15:1-2)
Bridle your tongue (James 3:5-8)
Fellowship with believers in sincerity, love, honesty and faithfulness. (Hebrews 10:25 / 1 John 3:7)

Obey God in all aspects of life. Honour and respect your spiritual leaders. (1 Samuel 15:22 / Hebrews 13:7, 17)
Always look up and set your face as a flint towards the glorious day of the Lord. (Colossians 3:1-4)
Be watchful at all times. (1 Peter 4:7)
