“HOW TO QUENCH THE THIRST OF A SPIRITUAL DESTITUTE”

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“Here is the final conclusion, now that you have heard everything: fear God, and keep his mitzvot; this is what being human is all about………” (Ecclessiastes 12:13-14).

All has been heard; the end of the matter is: Fear God, revere and worship Him, knowing that He is and keep His commandments, for this is the whole of man and the full, original purpose of his creation, the object of God’s providence, the root of character, the foundation of all happiness, the adjustment to all inharmonious circumstances and conditions under the sun and the whole duty for every man.

For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it is good or evil.

HOW TO QUENCH THE THIRST OF A SPIRITUAL DESTITUTE
Joy is not measured by the amount of wealth possessed but by the fullness of the indwelling Christ within. It is the fresh manna of the word of God that rejuvenates the weak and the discouraged believer.

No storm can sink a ship which Christ commands. In a relationship, leave nothing behind but a good and godly impression.

OUR ALMIGHTY GOD IS THE OASIS IN THE DESERT. WHEN YOU ARE IN THE SPIRITUAL DESERT, GOD IS THE OASIS IN YOUR DESERT.

WHAT IS OASIS? Webster’s dictionary defines oasis as an area in a desert made fertile by the presence of water. Oasis is the quiet, peaceful place in the midst of turbulent surroundings. God is our oasis in the midst of spiritual dryness.

Are you in the spiritual desert? God is your oasis.
Are you spiritually destitute? The Lord is calling you into His riches. (Isaiah 64:6 / 1 John 3:8-9 / Ecclesiastes 12:13-14) Many people today are spiritually destitute including some professionals.

Many people have gone far beyond the state of destitution never able to discover the oasis that God has provided through Calvary. An oasis is a fertile place with water and trees in the desert.
It is a place of refreshing for weary travellers.

Applying this spiritually, our thirst can be quenched when we come to the spiritual oasis of God’s love at Calvary. We must leave our self-righteousness behind in order to receive God’s righteousness (Romans 10:2-4).

As we travel our spiritual journey, we must go to the refreshing place of God’s oasis. When we come to the spiritual oasis of God and get refreshed, then can we become light and salt to the world.

May we be the light and salt of God for the saving of souls in this planet earth in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
