“GOD’S RELATIONSHIP TO THE SUFFERING BELIEVERS”
“I will go ahead of you, levelling the hills, shattering the bronze gates, smashing the iron bars. I will give you treasures hoarded in the dark, secret riches hidden away so that you will know that I, Adonai, calling yo…” (Isaiah 45:2-3)
I will go before you and level the mountains and to make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the doors of bronze and cut asunder the bars of iron, said Adonai Yahweh
And I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that it is I, the Lord, the God of Israel, Who calls you by your name.
GOD’S RELATIONSHIP TO THE SUFFERING BELIEVERS
God is involved in our suffering. Even though the devil is the god of this age, he cannot afflict believers without God’s knowledge (Isaiah 43:2).
God has promised to bring good out of all the suffering and persecutions (Romans 8:28). Joseph acknowledged this in his life (Genesis 50:20).
The painful part of our lives is for our spiritual growth and benefit (Hebrews 12:5). God has promised to stand by us in our pain (Psalm 23:4).
We must always remember that our Lord Jesus Christ shares our pains with us (Hebrews 4:15 / Isaiah 53:5). We must remember that God Almighty cares for us (2 Chronicles 1:8-10 / James 5:11).
We must always turn to God in prayer (Psalms 40:1-3). We must meditate on the word of God and believe in our heart that God will bring us through all our situations for His glory alone (Joshua 1:8-9).
Blessings untold are yours in this season in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
Everybody shout, “PRAISE THE LORD!”
Shalom and good morning.
