“BELIEVER’S ‘BE’-ATTITUDES!”
Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:
“In the same way, let your light shine before people so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)
Let our light shine before men that they may see our moral excellence and our praiseworthy, noble, good deeds and recognize and honour, praise and glorify our Father Who is in heaven.
If you are a Christian, remember that people judge our Lord by us.
It is nice to be important, but it is more important to be nice.
The devil will always promise you the whole world, but remember that he does not own a grain of sand.
Saints of God, your heart cannot be pure when your tongue is not clean.
BELIEVER’S ‘BE’-ATTITUDES
- We must always be free in our mind, holding onto the mind of Christ (Philippians 2:5).
- We must always remember that as we have Jesus in our lives, we receive the power to be called His children (John 1:12).
- We must always be ourselves, not trying to be someone else (1 Samuel 17:38-39).
- We are uniquely made therefore we must maintain our unique personality.
- We must be disciplined in our personal lives in all these areas:
- Prayer
- Study of God’s word
- Relationship with others
- Communication, using the right choice of words (Ephesians 4:29 / Colossians 4:6)
- We must always set our priorities right in the following order:
- God first
- Spouse
- Children
- Vocation (Genesis 26:24-25)
- We must always examine our lives in the mirror of God’s word (2 Corinthians 13:5).
- We must forgive and forget the past (Matthew 6:14-15 / Mark 11:25-26 / Isaiah 43:18-19).
- We must not bear grudges or bitterness (Leviticus 19:18 / Hebrews 12:15 / Acts 8:23).
- Our speech, teaching, correction to others must not be vindictive (Romans 12:17-19).
- We must not compete but complement one another (2 Corinthians 10:12).
- We must build bridges to connect, not barriers to disconnect.
YOUR LIFE IS THE BIBLE OF THE WORLD, THEREFORE DON’T DISAPPOINT THE LORD.
Everybody shout, “AMEN HALLELUJAH!”
Shalom and good morning.
