“WELCOME TO THE MONTH OF JULY!”
Welcome to the month of JULY, which is the SEVENTH month of the year. Figure Seven signifies COMPLETENESS OR PERFECTION. May the Lord God Almighty perfect whatever concerns you in this month in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:
“So we who are strong have a duty to bear the weaknesses of those who are not strong, rather than please ourselves. Each of us should please his neighbour and act for his good………” (Romans 15:1-3)
Now, those who are mature in their faith can easily be recognized, for they don’t live to please themselves but have learned to patiently embrace others in their immaturity. Our goal must be to empower others to do what is right and good for them and to bring them into spiritual maturity.
For not even the most powerful one of all, Jesus Christ the Anointed One lived to please himself. His life fulfilled the Scripture that says: All the insults of those who insulted you fall upon Me.
NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH AND INTERCESSION
Our business in prayer is not to prescribe but to subscribe to the wisdom and will of God.
Our business in prayer is to refer our case and concern to God, then leave it with Him to manage.
Do not face the day until you have faced God. Therefore, change matters of care and concern to substance of prayer.
We have a lot to learn from the New Testament Church in regard to prayer and intercession. The Early Church has a lot to teach and offer in regard to standing in the gap.
Parents and others interceded on behalf of their loved ones. Parents pleaded with Jesus to heal their sick children.
Jairus’ daughter was healed and brought back to life (Mark 5:22-43).
The noble man’s son was healed (John 4:47-53).
A group of mothers asked Jesus to bless their kids (Mark 10:13-16).
A centurion pleaded for his servant to be healed (Matthew 8:5-13).
Zebedee’s wife (James and John’s mother) interceded with Jesus on behalf of her children (Matthew 20:20-21).
The New Testament church interceded on behalf of various individuals.
The church in Jerusalem gathered together to pray for Peter’s release from prison (Acts 12:5-12).
The church in Antioch prayed for the ministry success of Paul and Barnabas and they had success (Acts 13:3-12).
Apostle James instructed the elders of the church to pray for the sick (James 5:13-14).
Again, James the Apostle instructed all believers to pray for each other (James 5:16).
Keep praying for us that we should continue to live with a clear conscience, for we desire to live honourably in all that we do. We especially ask you to pray that God would sustain us in all our endeavours for God’s kingdom expansion on this planet earth in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
WELCOME TO THE MONTH OF SUPERNATURAL INTERVENTION IN JESUS’ MIGHTY NAME, AMEN!
Everybody shout, “THANK YOU, JESUS!”
Shalom and good morning.
