“BE TRANSFORMED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR THE GLORY OF ADONAI!”
Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:
“In other words, do not let yourselves be conformed to the standards of the ‘olam hazeh. Instead, keep letting yourselves be transformed by the renewing of your minds…” (Romans 12:2)
We must not be conformed to this world or this age, fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs, but be transformed and changed by the entire renewal of our mind by its new ideals and its new attitude, so that we may prove for ourselves what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect in Adonai Yahweh’s sight for us.
With such a starting point as the cross and such a goal as the Lord’s coming, how can a Christian love the things of the world, the flesh and the devil? The more we are transformed by the power of Christ, the less we will be conformed to this world.
Therefore, you cannot wait upon the Lord and run with the devil at the same time.
- Our good shepherd cares for us at all times. He protects us from the intruders.
- He refreshes us with the dew of heaven.
- He secures us from every distressing power. Jehovah Raah makes provision for us in the time of adversity and lacking.
- He opens the floodgates of heaven to supply us with His mercy and goodness.
May we be transformed to reflect the Great Shepherd. As we embrace Jesus the good Shepherd, let us reflect Him by having:
- Unconditional love,
- Kindness in words and actions,
- Goodness and pure motives.
- Faithfulness in big and small things,
- Showing gentleness to all,
- Self-control in the things of life.
- Possessing peace that surpasses all understanding,
- Joy, that does not depend on situations or circumstances and
- Maintaining long-suffering under pressure.
May we be thoroughly transformed by the Holy Spirit for God’s glory in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
Somebody shout a resounding “AMEN & AMEN!”
Shalom and good morning.
