Dear beloved brethren,

God is looking for Christians who will stand within the gap and turn away the tidal wave of sin that is threatening to engulf the Church today.

Intercessors must never deceive others or try to manipulate them. Some Christians who claim to be intercessors think that lying and leading immoral lives is nothing. Can anyone be found pure and true for the Lord today? In John 17, Jesus Christ prayed for the Church. He interceded for His enemies as well as His disciples and friends. Have you ever prayed for those who are against you? Some believers do not even pray for their loved ones!

Are you nursing bitterness in your heart? Are you easily hurt? Hurts, wounds, misunderstanding and confusion are actually like spices that perk up our spiritual walk. Problems that you encounter in your Christian walk helps your ministry grow if you handle them with the right attitude.

Full-grown trees have gone through test of times of rainfall and sunshine in both winter and summer. To stand firm in the ministry that God has called you to be involved in, you have to withstand the test of time. People will misunderstand you, hurt you, and even accuse you falsely. Jesus said that the servant is not greater than the Master. If our sinless Lord was not loved by all, you as His follower will encounter hatred too! Be encouraged. The Bible states that those who suffer for God will be blessed. However, make sure that it is not because of your lies or deception that you are suffering! Great joy and eternal rewards are what intercessors can look forward to.

Yours for the kingdom of God,
Dr. Daniel O. C.
