Beloved Saints of God,
Do you know God has an amazing plan for your life that He has designed especially for you? Are you ready to discover it as you launch out to do what He has put in your heart to do? Rest assured that He has a perfect plan for your life as you step out to do what you were born to do. One thing is sure: God has chosen you for a divine purpose! Remember not to take God’s call too lightly for it is a privilege for Him to use you. Your life will take on new meaning as you step out in faith to do what He has set you apart to do. There is no shortcut to fulfilling God’s plan in God’s way.
God is always true to His Word and faithful in all He does (Psalm 33:4). Do we take God at His Word and trust Him wholeheartedly? He is patiently waiting for us to obediently walk in His call upon our lives so that He can powerfully work through us for His divine plan to be fulfilled. God’s call upon our life is not a program but a PERSON to be followed and obeyed. Whoever is involved in the Lord’s work must be assured with inner conviction that he or she is chosen by Him. It is so sad to see believers throw in the towel and quit when their faith is just about to come to fruition. The assignments God has given to us require a lot of stamina, patience and courage that are fanned by the fire of the Holy Spirit. There are simply no shortcuts to fulfilling God’s plan done in His way.
Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 15:20, “And so I have made it my aim to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build on another man’s foundation.” Like Paul, I have been called to labor in some places where no one had worked before me. This pioneering work required relying on God’s call, grace and strength to endure and persevere through witchcraft and divination.
Quitting is the number-one killer of calls, dreams and visions. That is why Hebrews 10:35 warns us against quitting: “Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward.” If we have given our best and worked with all our hearts and strength to fulfill His call, He will never overlook what we have done for Him. Hebrews 6:10 says, “For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name…” God has all kinds of ways to recompense us for staying in faith and doing what He called us to do. Remember, if you want your faith to be accepted, you must give your full attention to what God has called you to do (see Hebrews 11:6). Say “Yes” to God and make Him glad that He chose you for a divine purpose! Hallelujah!
Shalom in Jesus’ love,
