NARRATIVES OF COMMON SENSE

Senior Pastor Daniel O. C. | Jul 11, 2025

Beloved Saint of God Most High,

Calvary greetings to you and yours in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen!
May the Lord God Almighty bless you with a wonderful and glorious Christ-centred weekend ahead in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

Thus says the Lord: ‘Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, let not the mighty man glory in his might, nor let the rich man glory in his riches;
but let him who glories glory in this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth.
For in these I delight,’ says the Lord” (Jeremiah 9:23-24).

Thus says the Lord: Let not the wise and skillful person glory and boast in his wisdom and skill.
Let not the mighty and powerful person glory and boast in his strength and power.
Let not the person who is rich in physical gratification and earthly wealth, glory and boast in his temporal satisfactions and earthly riches.
But let him who glories glory in this: that he understands and knows Me personally and practically, directly discerning and recognizing My character, that I am the Lord, Who practices loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth, for in these things I delight, says the Lord, Adonai Yahweh.

NARRATIVES OF COMMON SENSE

You cannot discuss the ocean with a well frog – it is limited by the space it lives in.
You cannot discuss ice with a summer insect – it is bound to a single season.
If you defend your children’s misbehaviour, one day you will hire a lawyer to defend their crimes. Discipline is not child abuse.

Action kills procrastination every time.
There can be only one permanent revolution – a moral one: the regeneration of the inner man by the Holy Spirit.
The past does not need you anymore. Your future does.
Let your love for God change the world but never let the world change your love for God.
Your light is not meant to be dimmed for the comfort of others. Shine unapologetically, love fearlessly and live boldly in Jesus’ name, Amen!.
The right people will be drawn to your light and the wrong ones will simply fade away.
The bible must be the axe for the frozen sea inside of us.
The man who is truly good and wise will bear with dignity whatever fortune sends and will always make the best of his circumstances.

REMEMBER:

Nothing in nature lives for itself.
Rivers do not drink their own water.
Trees do not eat their own fruit.
The sun does not shine for itself.
A flower’s fragrance is not for itself.
Living for each other is the rule of nature.

It is simple: Treat yourself well, while not harming others.
Treat others well, while not harming yourself.
Common sense is a flower that does not grow in everyone’s garden.
If you cannot handle being talked about, you are not ready for success.
A lion that has tasted battle never returns to a cage.
As cold water and warm iron take away the wrinkles of clothes, a cool mind and warm heart takes out the worries of life.

Jesus is the answer to all human problems!

Somebody shout, “THANK YOU, JESUS!

Remain blessed and rapturable,
Yours to reach this generation with the Gospel,

Dr. Daniel O. C.
