ENDTIME STATESMAN OF GOD

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

But you are a chosen people, the King’s cohanim, a holy nation, a people for God to possess! Why? In order for you to declare the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light” (1 Peter 2:9).

You are God’s chosen treasure —priests who are kings, a spiritual “nation” set apart as God’s devoted ones. He called you out of darkness to experience His marvelous light, and now He claims you as His very own. He did this so that you would broadcast His glorious wonders throughout the world.

ENDTIME STATESMAN OF GOD
According to Webster dictionary, a statesman is a person having a large degree of responsibility in the government of a state. Such a person when characterised by wisdom and broadmindedness is statesman-like.

In the same manner the end time statesmen of God are those who have received a large degree of responsibility from God due to the calling upon their respective lives. Remember to whom more is given more is expected of him too.
Where large responsibility is bestowed, large measure of accountability is also expected.

ONE MAY ASK, WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS THAT MARK THE ENDTIME STATESMAN OF GOD?
(Nehemiah 1:1-4; 1 Samuel 10:12; 1 Kings 11:21-22; Nehemiah 2:3)
These men and women will be patriotic people full of zeal and love for the work of the Lord.
They are willing to lay down their lives for the course of the gospel. They are willing to serve God and obey Him at all cost.

These men and women are willing to pay any price for the kingdom of God.
They are sincerely and faithfully willing to go any extra mile for Jesus and His kingdom.

They are willing to invest all their substance and resources for the extension of God’s kingdom. They are willing to serve and worship God in spirit and in truth. They are obedient to God even unto death.
They are willing to forego all pleasures in order to please God. They are full of passion for Christ and the dying humanity. They are ever ready to serve and not to be served.
(Nehemiah 1:5-11; 4:4-5,9; Psalms 5:1-3; 55:16-18; 119:147)
They are willing to cry out to God on behalf of the world.
They are willing to intercede at all times.
They are totally devoted to prayer.
They always seek God’s face in all matters.
They are dependant on God for intervention in all false accusations.

They are willing to wait upon the Lord regardless of divine delays. They are always interceding, agonizing and groaning in the spirit. They always pray for the perfect will of God to be done.

They walk in the spirit of prayer on the holy mountain of God always seeking the glorious face of God for the extension of His kingdom. (Nehemiah 2:20; 4:14)

(TO BE CONT’D).

Shalom and good morning.
