“POSSIBILITIES OF PREVAILING PRAYER”

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“Then, when it came time for offering the evening offering, Eliyahu the prophet approached and said, ‘Adonai, God of Avraham, Yitz’chak and Isra’el, let it be known today that you are God in Isra’el, and that I am your servant, and that I have done all these things at your word……..’” (1 Kings 18:36-39).

At the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, Elijah the prophet came near and said, O Lord, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known this day that You are God in Israel and that I am Your servant and that I have done all these things at Your word.

Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that You, the Lord, are God, and have turned their hearts back to You. Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt sacrifice and the wood and the stones and the dust, and also licked up the water that was in the trench.

When all the people saw it, they fell on their faces and they said, The Lord, He is God! The Lord, He is God!

Change matters of care to matters of prayer. Do not face the day until you have faced God.

POSSIBILITIES OF PREVAILING PRAYER
(Ephesians 6:18 / Mark 10:46-52 )

Prayer is an integral part of every believer and of the church. Prayer is the divinely appointed and fashioned weapon against temptations and attacks of the devil and his demons.

Prayer is sometimes the voice of weeping calling on the sympathetic heavenly Father in the time of need (Luke 11:5-10 / 18:1-8).
Prevailing prayer is prayer that not only takes initiative but also continues on the offensive for God until spiritual victory is won.

Do you have a wayward child? Prevailing prayer will turn him around. Do not give up hope on him.
Do you have a wayward irresponsible daughter? Prevailing prayer will turn her around. Do not give up on her.

Is your son or daughter addicted to drugs / cigarettes? Prevailing prayer will break this power of bondage.
Are you in the habit of secret sin? Prevailing prayer will set you free.

Are you involved with illegal relationships? Prevailing prayer will break you free.
Are you enticed by a man or woman in your office to commit sin? Do not consent. Prevailing prayer will sustain you in righteousness.

Are you always in argument with your spouse? Prevailing prayer will change that.
Are you easily intimidated by the wicked people? Prevailing prayer will make a difference.

Are you confronted by sinners and unbelievers? Prevailing prayer will arrest forces of darkness.
Is your ministry under intense heat of persecution? Prevailing prayer will change the wave.

Are you under pressure or are you now being misunderstood by people? Take it to God through prevailing prayer.

Remember, we are not to be discouraged at all, and we must not take “No ” for an answer.

YOU ARE DESTINED TO SUCCESS!
