“BE STILL, FOR THE LORD OF HOSTS IS YOUR REFUGE”

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“Desist, and learn that I am God, supreme over the nations, supreme over the earth. Adonai-Tzva’ot is with us, our fortress, the God of Ya‘akov.” (Psalm 46:10-11)

Surrender your anxiety. Be still and realize that the Lord is God, Adonai Yahweh. He is above all the nations, and He is exalted throughout the whole earth. Here He stands! The Commander! The mighty Lord of Angel Armies is on our side! The God of Jacob fights for us! Give Him all the glory!

Troubles and trials are nothing but simple facts of life for all individuals, families and nations but we shall overcome them all in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

The imperfection of man, our systems of leadership and interactions are partly to blame. It is the pleasure of the prince of the world – Satan – to have it so.

It is really interesting to know that our universe is bereft of peace not because the Almighty God in His divine capacity has engineered troubles for us but because Satan and his hosts have done so.

We believers “know that all things works for our good.” (Romans 8:28) So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together for good, for we are Adonai Yahweh’s lovers who have been called to fulfill His designed purpose.

The Almighty God makes a way of escape from all temptations. “No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it” (1 Corinthians 10:13).

With some divine insight, we should be like Apostle Paul, perceive our troubles as light afflictions which is but for a moment, but our victory has been assured by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, to Him be the glory.

PEACE UNTO YOU FOR VICTORY IS YOURS IN JESUS’ MIGHTY NAME, AMEN!

Somebody shout a resounding, “AMEN HALLELUJAH!

Shalom and good morning.
