FPT: Narrative Of True Leadership

Beloved Saint of God Most High,

Calvary greetings to you and yours in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen!
May the Lord God Almighty bless you with a wonderful and glorious Christ-centred week-end ahead in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

“The Spirit of the Lord spoke by me, and His word was on my tongue.
The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spoke to me: ‘He who rules over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.
And he shall be like the light of the morning when the sun rises, a morning without clouds,
Like the tender grass springing out of the earth, by clear shining after rain’” (2 Samuel 23:2-4)

The Spirit of the Lord spoke in and by me, and His word was upon my tongue, declared King David:
The God of Israel spoke, the Rock of Israel said to me, when one rules over men righteously, ruling in the fear of God. He dawns on them like the morning light when the sun rises on a cloudless morning, when the tender grass springs out of the earth through clear shining after rain.

NARRATIVE OF TRUE LEADERSHIP

Reading a book on leadership does not make you a good or wise leader.
True leadership requires Wisdom, Honesty, Humility and Genuine desire to empower people.
Lead by example through your actions and not just your words.

A wise man adapts himself to circumstances, as water shapes itself to the vessel that contains it.
Don’t forget those who helped you in difficult times.
Forgive those who put you in difficult situations and those who left you in difficult times.
It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a true leader.

Worry causes stress but Prayer causes peace.
The only way to worry about nothing is to pray about everything.
Everyone has advice, but not everyone has wisdom.
We must learn to discern between noise and knowledge.

Abraham was blessed by God.
David was blessed by God.
Sarah was blessed by God.
You will be blessed by the same God in Jesus’ mighty and matchless name, Amen!

No matter how broke you are, learn to reject offers that come with disrespect.
You get tested the most when it is time to elevate to the next level. Don’t fold.

Beloved, a godly word is enough for the wise

Shout, “PRAISE GOD”, somebody!
