“THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE BLOOD OF CHRIST”

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“The person who keeps on sinning is from the Adversary, because from the very beginning the Adversary has kept on sinning. It was for this very reason that the Son of God appeared, to destroy these doings of the Adversary……..” (1John 3:8-9).

But the one who indulges in a sinful life is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God was revealed was to undo and destroy the works of the devil.

Everyone who is truly God’s child will refuse to keep sinning because God’s seed remains within him, and he is unable to continue sinning because he has been fathered by God himself.

THE EFFECTS OF SIN
Sin separates us from God. (Isaiah 59:2)
It brings guilt. (Psalms 38:4)
It gives satan foothold for accusations. (Revelations 12:10)
Sin demands death penalty. (Ezekiel 18:4)

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE BLOOD OF CHRIST
It restores our fellowship with God. (Romans 5:8-9)
It redeems us from slavery. (Ephesians 1:7)
It cleanses us from guilt. (Hebrews 9:14)
It sanctifies us. (Hebrews 13:12)
It brings us close to God. (Colossians 1:20-22)

It gives us boldness to enter God’s presence. (Hebrews 10:19-22)
The blood perfects us in the sight of God. (Hebrews 10:14)
The blood puts God on our side against the devil. (Romans 8:31-34)

The blood of Jesus dissolves all satan’s legal rights over us. (Colossians 1:14)
The blood brought purity of heart. (1 John 1:7)
It brought about eternal life. (John 6:53-54)
It enables us to approach the throne of God. (Ephesians 2:13)

“THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST CLEANSES US FROM ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS.”
