Beloved brethren,

When you encounter difficulties at your work place, instead of saying that God wants you to overcome the circumstances which are an enemy attack, you begin to speak negatively about the situation. When you do so, the enemy will continue to pounce on you and pile on more problems to make you feel so discouraged or angry that you resign. Satan will also try to make sure that you will not get another job quickly. Beloved, it’s time for you to live life according to how God wants you to live!

Sword and spear may need sharpening but prayer never rusts. Whenever we think that the weapon of prayer is at its bluntest, it cuts the best. I’ve experienced this before. I know how God can use our prayers to change the situation and transform attitudes. Prayer is an open door that no one can shut on you. Only you can shut the door of prayer on yourself. A man or woman who kneels before the presence of the Almighty can stand against all powers of darkness. Our problem is that we don’t trust God enough. We are people who shake and waver. Don’t you know that situations that come across your path are a challenge to your faith? Speak to those challenges and tell them that they will never have their way in your life because your Redeemer lives!
