NARRATIVES OF DAILY GOALS
Senior Pastor Daniel O. C. | Apr 25, 2025
Beloved Saint of God Most High,
Calvary greetings to you and yours in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen!
May the Lord God Almighty bless you with a wonderful and glorious Christ-centred week-end ahead in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
“For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.
So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God” (Romans 8:5-8).
Those who are motivated by the flesh only pursue what benefits themselves.
But those who live by the impulses of the Holy Spirit are motivated to pursue spiritual realities.
For the sense and reason of the flesh is death, but the mind-set controlled by the Spirit finds life and peace.
In fact, the mind-set focused on the flesh fights God’s plans and refuses to submit to His direction, because it cannot!
For no matter how hard they try, God finds no pleasure with those who are controlled by the flesh.
NARRATIVES OF DAILY GOALS
Put God first.
Pray more.
Thank God every day.
Forgive those who hurt you.
Focus on Jesus more than the things of this world.
Ask God for help more often.
Trust God always in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
TALK LESS BUT DO MORE
A parrot talks so much, but it cannot fly high.
An eagle is silent, but has the ability to soar high in the sky.
A lion is silent, but is the king of the jungle.
This is the POWER OF SILENCE.
Dreams are free, but goals have a cost which is time, effort, sacrifice and sweat.
A gem cannot be polished without friction, nor a man perfected without trials.
Remember, whoever is trying to bring you down is already below you.
One ought to examine himself for a very long time before thinking of condemning others.
Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.
Rudeness is the weak man’s imitation of strength.
The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.
A calm mind in Christ Jesus is the foundation of strength.
The price of beating your failure is discipline and it is non-negotiable.
A budget tells your money where to go but investing makes it work for you and debt is letting someone else own your resources. Choose wisely.
Challenges may seem endless but without facing them, progress will always remain impossible.
Somebody shout, “PRAISE THE LORD!”
Remain blessed and rapturable,
Yours to reach this generation with the Gospel,
Dr. Daniel O. C.
