MINISTERING HEALING AND DELIVERANCE (CONT’D)

THE PERFECT REMEDY FOR THE WHOLE MAN
(Galatians 3:13 / 4:4-5 / Romans 3:24-26 / 1 Peter 1:18-21 / 2:24)

Jesus went to the cross of Calvary to obtain a total, perfect and complete redemption for man.
The cross is simply the center plan of salvation for man’s spirit, soul and body.

Pronouncements of some curses that are mentioned in the Bible came because of sin in human life (Deuteronomy 28:15-62), but Jesus Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law (Romans 6:14). By the work of Christ Jesus at Calvary, man is no more under the law. We are purchased with a price. Therefore, God must be glorified in our body (1 Corinthians 6:20).

A sick body cannot glorify God and the grave cannot praise God. Therefore, we must point the unbelieving world to the work of Christ on the Cross of Calvary. This is the only way we can bring the people out of the claws of the enemy into the marvelous light of the Saviour as they exercise faith in God’s promises.

MINISTERING HEALING AND DELIVERANCE BY FAITH
(Luke 10:19 / Mark 11:22-23 / Acts 3:16 / Matthew 8:17 / 21:21-22 / 17:19-21 / Isaiah 53:5 / 2 Corinthians 10:3-6)

When the wrongs are corrected, then can we present the need of the sick to the Lord in faith! Ministering to the need of every sick in faith both in our public and private prayers should be part of the fulfillment of God’s promises to the needy.
Regardless of the number of demons afflicting people, Jesus has given us the authority and power through the enduement of the Holy Spirit. By the grace of God, we can cast out devils and pull down all the strongholds of the enemy (Lk 10:19).
Jesus knows everyone by name and by their needs. He is willing to set everyone free from anything that threatens our lives.

Faith brings the victory (Mark 11:22-24).
Everyone ministering healing and deliverance to people must guard against anxiety.
Devil uses anxiety to weaken our faith and delay answers to prayer.

We must minister to people in such a way as to make them rise above depression and gloom.
We must minister to people to enable them to receive blessings through faith in Jesus’ name.

The eyes of the Lord are upon those who hope in His mercy.
