“MAKE A DIFFERENCE THROUGH PRAYER”
Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:
“Don’t worry about anything; on the contrary, make your requests known to God by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving. Then God’s shalom, passing all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds safe in union with the Messiah Yeshua.” (Philippians 4:6-7)
Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell Him every detail of your life, then God’s wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Jesus Christ.
“MAKE A DIFFERENCE THROUGH PRAYER”
Do not face the day until you have faced God.
Prayer does not get man’s will done in heaven, but it gets God’s will done on earth. When praying, do not give God instructions, God listens to prayer, not advice.
Some of the weapons the devil often use to plague people are, Fear, Unbelief and Anxiety.
The evil and destructive effects of these satanic plagues are inexhaustible.
Fear can simply be defined as apprehension of danger, an agitation of the mind mingled with hope and uncertainty.
Unbelief is the inability to have confidence in God, His word and His divine promises.
While worry is undue anxiety and uneasy perplexity and vexation of the spirit.
These three plagues go together. Fear opens the door for unbelief while unbelief in turn accommodates worry. Fear is tormenting, worry is wearisome while anxiety is a state of restlessness and disquietness of spirit.
Many people in the scripture turned their sorrow into joy through prayer.
Abraham prayed for Sodom . (Genesis 18:23)
Jacob prayed at Peniel. (Genesis 32:24)
David prayed when he was denied the privilege of building the temple. (2 Samuel 7:18)
Solomon prayed at Gibeon (1 Kings 3:6) and also at temple dedication
Hezekiah at the invasion of Sennacherib. (2 Kings 19:15)
Ezra for the sins of the people. (Ezra 9:6)
Daniel for the captive Jews. (Daniel 9:4)
Habakkuk’s prayer. (Habakkuk 3:1)
Jesus. (John 17:1)
Beloved saints, whosoever listens to Wisdom shall dwell securely and in confident trust and shall be quiet, without fear or dread of evil in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
Somebody shout, “THANK YOU, JESUS!”
Shalom and good morning.
