Beloved Brethren,

As ambassadors of Jesus Christ, we are to declare to the whole world the whole counsel of God. Whatever the cost might be, we must serve our King Jesus diligently and dutifully in the ministry that we are called. We must be willing to pay the highest price in His service. Jesus Christ our Lord gave His life for the purpose of saving the lost world, and we must ensure that this purpose endures till the end. Do you enjoy serving the Lord? Do not fall into the trap of serving the Lord only when it suits your terms, conditions and convenience.

Faithfulness and full commitment help believers to achieve more for the Lord. The more faithful and committed we are in the fulfillment of the heavenly vision, the more fruitful we will be. Some Christians can work very long hours in their secular job but only give God meagre time when it comes to serving Him. These people feel that their personal work is priority while serving God is secondary.

To the unfaithful, Jesus issued a warning afresh, “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent” (Revelation 3:19). Have you been consumed by the zeal of God?
