“MAKE UP YOUR MIND TO STAY ON COURSE WITH THE LORD”

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“After proclaiming the Good News in that city and making many people into talmidim, they returned to Lystra, Iconium and Antioch, strengthening the talmidim, encouraging them to remain true to the faith, and reminding them that…” (Acts 14:21-22)

After preaching the wonderful news of the gospel in Derbe and winning a large number of followers to Jesus, they retraced their steps and revisited Lystra, Iconium, and Antioch.

At each place they went, they strengthened the lives of the believers and encouraged them to go deeper in their faith. And they taught them, “It is necessary for us to enter into the realm of God’s kingdom because that’s the only way we will endure our many trials and persecutions.”

Are there temptations? Remain in the Lord. Are there difficulties, needs, misunderstanding, frustration from others, some crosses to bear and difficulties to endure? Remain in the Lord. Running away from realities does not diminish the realities.

The Lord wants us to endure and to persevere. Whatever the difficulty, whatever the trial and need, endure in the Lord till the end. Temptation will undoubtedly come, but remember that you have surrendered your life to the Lord and He is your King and Master.

Make up your mind to stay on course with the Lord. Do not let Satan rob you of your kingdom privileges. Do not let the devil pluck you out of the heavenly kingdom.

If we depend upon the grace of God, we will not get to the point where we think we cannot endure our situation anymore. So let us continue to lean upon Him, the Lord our Redeemer Jesus Christ.

Avoid discouragement and disappointment by not looking at any man. Instead, look unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2-3).

Do you know why you are here? Do you know why you are alive today? Do you know why you are born again? Look away from other things and endure to the very end and your reward is assured.

It shall be well with you as you endure till the end in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

Shout a loud, “AMEN HALLELUJAH, somebody!

Shalom and good morning.
