“YOU WILL NOT BE MOVED WHEN YOU PUT YOUR TRUST IN ADONAI”

Saints of God Most High, hear God’s word for you today:

“Those who trust in Adonai are like Mount Tziyon, which cannot be moved but remains forever. Yerushalayim! Mountains all around it! Thus Adonai is around his people henceforth and forever.” (Psalm 125:1-2)

Those who trust in the Lord are as unshakable, as unmovable as mighty Mount Zion!

Just as the mountains surround Jerusalem, the Lord’s wraparound presence surrounds his people, protecting them now and forever.

Adonai Yahweh will guard you and keep you in perfect constant peace because your mind both its inclination and its character is stayed on Him, and you commit yourself to Him, lean on and hope confidently in Him.

So trust in the Lord, commit yourself to Him, lean on Him, hope confidently in Him forever; for the Lord God is an everlasting Rock and the Rock of Ages.

Put not your trust in princes, in a son of man, in whom there is no help. When his breath leaves him, he returns to his earth; in that very day, his previous thoughts, plans, and purposes perish.

Happy blessed, fortunate, enviable is he who has the God of special revelation to Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God,
Who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, Who keeps truth and is faithful forever.

We can never look to men for help; no matter who they are, they can’t save us, for even our great leaders fail and fall.

They, too, are just mortals who will one day die. At death, the spirits of all depart, and their bodies return to dust. In the day of their death, all their projects and plans are over.

The oppressed get justice with God Almighty. The hungry are satisfied with You. Prisoners find their freedom with You, O Lord our Redeemer. We shall trust in You forever in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
