Dearly Beloved,

Would you drink from your garbage bin or eat a beautiful red rose? No! Would you decorate a public tree with your expensive watch or feed your pet your gold bracelet? No! Each of the above item is designed for a specific purpose.
You are too! “Why am I created?” Do you have an answer for this? The Lord who created you gives you the answer in His Word, the Bible!

You are created for the glory of God, “…whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made (Isaiah 43:7). You are created through Him and for Him…” (Colossians 1:16). You are created to “Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is man’s all.” This is your whole duty in this life on earth (Ecclesiastes 12:13). You are created “for His will” and pleasure (Revelation 4:11) and “…to be holy and blameless before Him in love…” (Ephesians 1:4) You are a special “…workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works…” (Ephesians 2:10)

Your life lived in the Lord, unto Him, for Him, for His glory, His divine purpose, fulifilling His will and pleasure will bring meaning, satisfaction, true fulfillment and joy. This means turning over to the Lord your Creator who alone planned, purposed and willed your life into being. It means surrendering yourself completely to the Lord. It means seeking the face of the Lord every day, for every situation, for your life and all that concerns you while you live on earth, to live out that special purpose in your life. The Lord God your Creator alone holds all the answers for your life; not drugs, nor riches, wild living, undisciplined life patterns, destructive alliances, associations and evil influences, wrong attitudes and behavior, unnecessarily being critical of authority, fault finding with others, living a double life under the cover of “Christian” etc. Beloved, remember that the Lord Jesus died in your place and for you. Good Friday today, is a good day to repent and call upon Jesus to be your Saviour and Lord of your life.

In 2 Corinthians 5:21 Paul says, “For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.” :That is the truth whether you agree or not. Through the death of Jesus Christ who “died for our sins according to the Scriptures,” (1 Corinthians 15:3) you are forgiven and you are made right with the Lord God no matter what your sin has been. So don’t delay. Ask the Lord forgiveness for your sins as in 1 John 1:9 and you will be forgiven. Through the blood of Jesus and His name, believe that He took your place and died for you and rose from the dead. Ask Him to be Your Saviour and Lord and you will be saved. Quit this pretense living. Be real. Live in the truth. Stop this denial of the truth. Face the reality of the Word of God and its truth. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No man comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6). And definitely there is no other name or person or thing through which you can be saved. The world and the devil will try to convince you otherwise but know this in 1 Timothy 2:5, where Paul says, “For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus…” And Jesus saves if you come to God through Him. Hebrews 7:25 says: “Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.” Beloved, repent of your sins and accept the Lord Jesus, while there is time, for the day of the coming of the Lord is nigh. Have a turnaround in your life today, while there is mercy and grace for you. Tomorrow may be too late!
