FPT: Narratives Of Godly Wisdom
Senior Pastor Daniel O. C. | Feb 09, 2024
Beloved Saint of God Most High,
Calvary greetings to you and yours in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen!
May the Lord God Almighty bless you with a wonderful and glorious Christ-centred week-end ahead in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
“These six things the Lord hates, yes, seven are an abomination to Him:
A proud look, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood,
A heart that devises wicked plans, feet that are swift in running to evil,
A false witness who speaks lies, and one who sows discord among brethren” (Proverbs 6:16-19).
There are six evils God truly hates and a seventh that is an abomination to Him:
- Putting others down while considering yourself superior,
- Spreading lies and rumours,
- Spilling the blood of the innocent.
- Plotting evil in your heart toward another,
- Gloating over doing what’s plainly wrong.
- Spouting lies in false testimony, and stirring up strife between friends.
These are entirely despicable to God!
Never speak from a place of hate, jealousy, anger or insecurity.
Evaluate your words before you let them leave your lips. Sometimes it is best to be quiet.
People who hate you can influence others to hate you also but the great news is they cannot stop GOD from loving and blessing you.
Education is not the name of any degree or certificate that can be shown to others as a proof but education is the name of our attitude, actions, language, behaviour and personality with others in real life!
Taking responsibility for your life is not a decision of disempowerment. It is the foundation of empowerment.
Four things to tell yourself every single day:
I am a warrior in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
I can do it by God’s grace.
I am a winner through Christ Who strengthens me.
Today is my day in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
Always remember you become what you feed your mind.
Habits of happy people:
Don’t show off. Talk less. Learn daily. Help the less fortunate. Laugh more. Ignore nonsense. Have no sense of entitlement.
Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.
When the hate does not work, they start telling lies.
INTEGRITY: Choosing courage over comfort; choosing what is right over what is fun, fast or easy, and choosing to practice values rather than simply professing them.
Make a habit of two things – to help, or at least to do no harm.
The Lord bless you in this season in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen & Amen!
Remain blessed and rapturable,
Yours to reach this generation with the Gospel,
Dr. Daniel O. C.
